20 Sep

Qingfang T., a MIA visitor, with “Birds on Cliff” (c. 1970s) by an unidentified artist, Kugaaruk (Pelly Bay), whalebone, ivory, Private Collection.

Where are you from?

What brings you to MIA? Is this your first visit?

This is my first visit to the museum.

Why is this your favourite piece in the collection?

I like the hand making goods because of the detail of the craftsmanship.
