Interest in Inuit culture after living in Kujjarapik.

Why is this your favourite piece in the collection?

Because of the multiple legends and depictions in the piece.

What brings you to MIA? Is this your first visit?

My husband came into the city for a conference , and while he attends his meetings I get to visit museums.

Why is this your favourite piece in the collection?

I find it the most interesting piece in the collection. I really like the pose *mimics the Sedna’s stance*

What brings you to MIA? Is this your first visit?

As I was on my way to see the warship I stumbled into the building.  The art was fascinating so I walked in and had a fantastic visit for a first time visit.  I’m sure I’ll return soon!

Why is this your favourite piece in the collection?

The many stories and interpretations of the goddess really struck me.  I’ve never see a piece quite like it and I’ll certainly remember it always!
